#BlackHistoryMonth Is Over. Do You Still Have Pride?

The month of February has ended and March has begun. Black History Month is also over. Carter G. Woodson created Negro History Week which developed into Black History Month with the intention to celebrate hidden and ignored Black history. But we all know that if you have pride that you study and celebrate our history everyday and all year long.

Black History Month is over and the question is now…. do you still have pride? This is to those who have no pride and only talk about their history for 28 or 29 days. It is crazy to restrict your history to only one month. Learn the history that was hidden and not taught to you in school everyday. You should be interested in the history that was kept away from you. There is a reason that it was hidden from you. Knowledge gives you the power to empower yourself. Build your own business or support black businesses. Let’s build up our community, not just in February but all year long.
